Alan is a Helena native who cut his teeth on the boards of Grandstreet Theatre and went on to study acting at Saint Paul’s School and Harvard University. In 2006, as part of an exchange program with the Eugene O’Niell Theatre in Waterford, Connecticut, Alan travelled to Russia to study the Stanislavsky and Michael Chekhov methods at the Moscow Art Theatre. Later, he even tried his hand at Reality TV, and was OK at it! Since returning home, Alan has been an (almost) annual participant in Grandstreet shows. He is thrilled to be leading this course.
